I have been saving my money to buy property as long as I can remember thanks to my Dad. He used to own some real estate years ago and would never let me rent. Last year a friend of mine told me his brother and him flipped a house via BP. It stuck with me so I did more research and became a member. Not until my brother recently mentioned that he listened to every one of your podcasts did everything click. I am now learning as much as possible and fully committing to becoming an investor with my 3 brothers. We are focusing on the buy and hold strategy in the Lehigh Valley area specifically Bethlehem. Our goal is to create a passive income stream for our families and generations to come. I would also like to teach my friends the House Hacking method as I will also utilizing this strategy for my first deal.
