I am a software engineer during the day, and I thoroughly enjoy that line of work. I got involved in real estate because it is my means of creating a retirement and financial security. I have my real estate license, but I don't use the MLS. I focus mostly on commercial -- specifically self storage. I invest in flips, and multi-family buy and hold (particularly duplex, triplex, and 4-plex properties). I also am always on the lookout for self-storage facilities on sale or land that can be developed into self storage or abandoned commercial buildings that can be converted into self-storage. If anyone has any properties for sale, I'm interested in seeing if we can do a deal. I'm happy to answer questions anyone has.
