Daniel Hernandez

Hello, my name is Daniel Hernandez. I am a 30 year old motivated young man interested in real estate investing. My interest in real estate began at the age of 21 when I met my soon to be father in law. Having been an active real estate investor at the time, my father in law inspired me with his stories of success. I completed a few classes in an attempt to attain my real estate license before receiving an attractive job offer (in an unrelated field). Unfortunately, accepting the job caused me to postpone my initial plans. Now, after 8 years of working in a cubicle, I could no longer ignore the little voice in my head asking "what if". I am now focusing all of my energy in pursing my dream in an effort to make up for lost time. Currently, I am attending classes needed to acquire my real estate license as well as rehabbing small projects for family members to gain experience and knowledge of the field. My goal is to close my first successful deal before the end of 2016. I will do everything within my power to make certain that my dream will be made into reality and as I gain experience, I will help others to do the same.
