Daniel Jewell

I'm a 32-year-old real estate investor with 7 years of experience and involvement in over 60 real estate deals across VA, NC, CA, and FL. I currently own 12 doors. My unfair advantage is that I can do pretty much all the rehab work myself, so I tend to gravitate toward properties that need a lot of work. Seven of my rentals are infinite BRRRRs. I manage all my own properties, and I'm looking forward to the day I have enough cash flow to offer tenants a 5% discount if they refer to me as "Lord" in all correspondence. In between working on my own properties, I also do rehabs, repairs, and handyman work for other investors and property owners. In fact, that's how I got my start. I figured, why not learn from people who are already doing what I want to do? Before real estate, I worked in developmental robotics. These days, I specialize in everything from smaller day-to-day repairs to complete property rehabs from start to finish. I've learned a lot over the years, usually by running into problems and figuring out how to solve them. I'd like to share some of those solutions, learn from other investors, and hopefully find opportunities to work together. I'm particularly interested in connecting with people who find deals and landlords who have more properties than time to fix them.
