Rental Property Investor
I am a relatively new investor in the Austin area. My wife and I have two SF rentals in South Austin, as well as one in Mexico City (long story!) and am in the middle of my first duplex rehab and rent in Georgetown. The things I am working on learning more about: -Scaling the business in a sustainable fashion -Deal Analysis and creative finance (esp. Private money) -Partnership structures -4 plex or small apartment (24 or less) analysis -Pulling off BRRRR deals in 6 months or less -Examples of strong cash flow deals in CTX (Killeen? Lockhart?)
