I have zero experience in real estate investing, but I am actively learning as much as I can. I have learned enough to know that my preferred method will be buying and holding. As well multi-family seems like the better way to attain my goals, though I am open to single family as well. We did just recently purchase our first home so that does give me a bit more experience in the whole process.
