Hi! I’m Daniel. I am a real estate investor, small business owner, AirBnB operator and trusted financial planner. I started Refocus Financial, a boutique planning firm focused on working with real estate investors and small business owners. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, I help successful individuals and families gain clarity on their current situation and future goals. I still own that property today as a long-term rental. I currently own a single family home with garage apartment, two single family STR, townhouse LTR, a four-plex BRRRR turned STR, and two single family furnished rentals. I am married with 3 kids, and we enjoy time at the park, hikes, LSU Football and hosting occasional house concerts for touring musicians.
