I am originally from VA and moved here with the military. Bigger Pockets has definitely been my gateway into all things real estate. The recommended books at the end of each podcast are my favorite part. That is how I found the book Miracle Morning and turned my days from haphazard into purposeful. Before that I had tried everything from network marketing to building an app, and I wasn't very successful or motivated with either. I was fortunate enough to find a few like minded friends in the Fayetteville area and they have helped me immensely with moving forward in real estate. I recently purchased a few duplexes and am currently working to get the rents up and finish a few other repairs. These were all turn-key properties, and I will likely be looking for something residential multi-family to BRRR for my next deal. Just looking for a good lender to get me going on that. I would love to meet some new people who are in my area and hear what you have been doing. There is an investment group that I attend once a month around Fayetteville called Pints and Properties, and you are more than welcome to come if you like. We are working to grow it and everyone's network at the same time.
