I am a partner and the CEO of Obsidian Group, a commercial real estate investment firm operating in the Twin Cities with a focus on commercial investment real estate. We specialize in industrial, office and retail buildings between $1m - $20m. Our team is comprised of some the sharpest minds in the metro and we actively pursue off market deals with a focus on value-add or opportunistic investments.
