I am a Vancouver, Wa native and have lived here all my life. I began wholesaling in 2019 in order to raise capital for my first home. Beginning of 2021 I purchased my first home from a wholesaler. The house was off market and we did not use any real estate agents for the transaction. I currently have two rooms that are being rented out for 600 each. This covers nearly all of my mortgage. Once I move out of the house I will continue to rent by the room, as that strategy cash flows a little better. Every year I plan on buying another home to househack and then repeating the process. On the side I will continue to wholesale and find off market deals, some of which I may flip or utilize as rental properties for myself.
