Danielle Malecek

Ex-Banker / technologist turned Real Estate Agent and Investor. Hailing from the trading desks of Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and Citadel during the financial crisis, my real estate journey began in 2006, as a derivatives analyst/trader focused on Real Estate instruments (MBS, CMBS, ABS, swaps, etc). I am now a licensed realtor (affiliation coming soon) so that I can help clients navigate their own investments in real estate. Meanwhile, I'm just getting started on growing my "Investrepreneur" portfolio through short-term rentals and house flipping. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, horseback riding, photography, traveling, beekeeping, and spending time with my dog and husband. My goal is to provide financial expertise to assist the BP Community so we can learn and grow from each other.
