Daniel Morgan

Daniel Morgan has been an active member of the real estate investment community since 2005 with some of the most well respected real estate investors in the world including; Lehman Brothers, Lennar and FivePoint Communities and currently service as the President of Marterra Properties. Marterra Properties is a boutique real estate services company based in Orange County, CA. Marterra Properties is an investment manager, broker and property management firm. During his career, Mr. Morgan has been involved in over $1.5B of transactions serving as either an asset manager, principal or broker. While at Lehman Brothers, Mr. Morgan oversaw the asset management and disposition of a $400M distressed real estate portfolio. He provides valuation consulting services for apartment investors and institutional brokers; his client list includes, Marcus and Millichap, ARA Newmark, and Stream Realty Advisors. Mr. Morgan is a licensed broker in the state of California and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance from the University of San Diego and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and finance.
