Daniel Mills

Hi, My name is Daniel. I live in Japan, near Kyoto, where I work as a university professor. My wife and I started investing in real estate in 2014. We currently own around 40 units actively (alone and with partners) in Huntsville and Birmingham, Alabama, Memphis, Tennessee, and Caldwell, Idaho. In 2020 we began selling off some of our active units to focus on passive investments in syndications. We are limited partners in two multifamily syndications and are hoping to diversify into other asset classes such as self-storage, industrial and senior living in the coming years.
