Daniel Nicol

I’m a bootstrapper working my way out of the rat race. I would be happy to meet any other Birmingham based investor, agent, contractors, handyman, lenders etc. I currently have 3 rentals and a 2 door rehab to rent project in flight. I’m also working with a partner to develop a tax deed/certificate based real estate investment company.
