Hi I am looking to learn more about investing in my local market. I work a very full time position but have always had a strong interest in real estate. My main focus right now is in gaining information and planning for my next buy and hold purchase. I currently have four rentals with plans to purchase more. I have a wonderful wife of 10 years and a 5 year old son.
