Daniel Rojahn

I am an eager soon-to-be investor looking for his first deal. I have been furthering my education with the BP podcasts, BP webinars, REI meet-ups, and audio books (my W2 job includes a LOT of driving), along with viewing and analyzing many properties. I actually recently made my first offer on a duplex which is still under negotiation. I am actively looking for a partner, whether 50/50 or a mentor, to share in the workload and the wealth... and there will be wealth. Now, a little about me outside of real estate... I have been married for 6 fantastic years to a wonderfully supportive lady, Hannah (who ain't too hard on the eyes either!). We quite recently had a little boy, Walter, who is my biggest inspiration. We came from southern Indiana and now live in the Quad Cities, IA. I have been drumming for about 18 years and skiing for even longer. Our family loves music, food, travel, and anything that makes us laugh. Long story short, I am a lucky man.
