I am a part time investor, and full time software engineer. I took a two year break from the real estate business after selling my properties in Austin, and have bought my first property in the Triad area which I am actively looking for a contractor for. I have now decided to focus on investing in the Triad and am looking for connections with contractors and investor friendly real estate agents who can help me find BRRR deals for my real estate empire.
