I’m Daniel Sehy, a real estate professional with extensive experience in construction management and hands-on value-add rehabs. As a former VP of Construction, I oversaw $600M+ in residential and multifamily projects, delivering quality work on time and within budget. I've also personally managed multiple rehab projects with my father, giving me a practical, on-the-ground perspective. My goal now is to scale my personal portfolio to 500+ multifamily units in the Southeast over the next 5–7 years. I understand that the best opportunities often never hit the public market, which is why I’m focused on building strong relationships with brokers, lenders, and fellow investors. I prioritize disciplined underwriting, thorough due diligence, and reliable execution, because I know that being an easy buyer to work with creates value for everyone involved.
