I have done deals Off and On in New York. Still own a 6 family in property in NJ Free and Clear. Not sure what the value is because it's a buy and hold for rental income. Have another house in Orlando for rental also. Lost on about 2 Condos during the housing crisis. No more Condo's for me. I am looking to become proficient on Buy to Flip homes. I'm 54 and hoping to do that for next years until I am older.
