My name is Daniel Tran, I'm 30 years old and came to the U.S since 2001 currently working for RECARO Aircraft Seating company in Fort Worth Texas. my passion for rental properties lit up in me after I read Rich Dad And Poor Dad 3 years ago. I currently own 2 duplexes, living in one side of one duplex and rent out the other side. The other duplex are renting out both sides. I'm looking for duplexes for purchase, my ideal is to buy with cheapest Down with lowest interest and longest term available. My English is still at learning level but as an immigrate doing real estate in the U.S this could be a good example and open up a brand new page for people who came to the U.S to make their dream come true.
