I am interested in buy and hold properties or BRRRR, initially for cash flow but now I am realizing the importance of having equity. I purchased my personal residence in 2018, then began to invest in my first BRRRR by the end of 2019. Since then, my wife and I flipped two units in our first duplex, rented, refinanced and are now repeating! We did much of the work on our own with minimal experience and are eager to learn as much as we can.
