Located in Hot Springs which is an hour outside of Little Rock. I currently have a 4 unit multi family on Air bnb and VRBO. I'm dabbling in wholesaling and long term rentals too. Looking to connect with other investors for opportunities/partnerships/brainstorming. Also interested in these markets: Kansas City, Jax FL.
