Daniel Jenkins

Hi, I am Daniel Jenkins or California Danno to my social media followers. I am President & Co-Founder of the Orange County Real Estate brokerage TEKOA Real Estate. I recently made the move out to Charlotte, N.C., and am looking to start doubling down on my own personal real estate investment efforts especially in the fix and flip and longer-term SFR and Multifamily space. I'm a massive Bigger Pockets fan and have spent too long making others rich :) Few facts about me: + Transacted over $30M in residential real estate for my clients. + Helped acquire, redevelop, operate and sell a single-family home Airbnb portfolio of 20 homes + My 'day job' is in acquisitions for a new hotel company. + Born in Holland, grew up in England, and love rugby. + 2 kids under 3 that keep me young. Would love to connect with anyone making moves in the real estate space whether you're an investor, lender, inspector, agent. Give me a shout and looking forward to chatting soon. DJ
