I'm a retired missionary who served in Germany and Haiti. I want to fix and flip "Ugly Farmland". We are now developing a "model farm" on family property in northwest Georgia.. Judah Farms, #1 We hope to assist Christian congregations and synagogues to start small-farms ministries and to establish "Schraebergartens" here in the USA. We're in the process of building out a template for a "small farm business plan" that can be easily replicated. We are establishing a training program for cooperative participants to "grow profitable farms" using biblical principles. (Read the book "Born Again Dirt") Our "plan" is to serve as a "small farms incubator" and to help our volunteer or "3 acre plot participants" acquire 10-50 acre tracts to establish their own profits-centered, congregational, community, and family farms. To do so, we are developing a team of buyers agents, appraisers, accountants and attorneys who have previous experience in farms and farm-related business. We have a 2-5 window in which we will be seeking our initial "Ugly Farmland" properties.
