Dutch professional actor and singer based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, now building a long-term U.S. real estate portfolio alongside my entertainment career. I’m focused on acquiring cash-flowing residential and multifamily properties, with an emphasis on value-add opportunities and efficient use of capital. I’m open to SFRs, small multifamily and larger multifamily when the economics make sense. Strategies I’m currently exploring include BRRRR, seller financing, assumable debt, DSCR/commercial financing and selectively Section 8. My goal is to build a scalable portfolio with strong sustainable cash flow while recycling capital wherever possible rather than simply accumulating properties. I’m particularly interested in connecting with experienced U.S. investors, brokers, lenders, property managers, operators and acquisition professionals who understand cash-flow markets and working with foreign investors.
