Hello. My name is Daniel. You may PM me if you wish. I have been very interested in real estate for some years now. At first, it was the thought of being able to be my own boss and have financial freedom that gravitated me towards RE but as I researched more, another huge reason is the potential of the people who I can help to get out of their housing struggles. I just need some help and guidance to get started on my business. I want to call it Fresh Start RE because I'm looking for all potential clients to truly experience a fresh start. From the person trying to get away from their property tax or mortgage problems, to the end buyers who want to create a new beginning in a newly re-modeled home. This business was also motivated because I have friends and family who are missionaries who help out here in the U.S. and even out of country. I'm not looking to be a millionaire or anything like that (although I wouldn't mind at all if it were to happen Lol). I would just like to live comfortably and set myself and family up financially and be able to contribute in my community when the opportunities present themselves. I hope to meet great new people who share the same passion for real estate and to grow together. So far on BP, I have met those types of ppl and I'm forever grateful because I feel that I'm taking steps closer to making that dream a reality. Thank you Bigger Pockets!!
