About myself
I recently started working for a residential management company helping them to deciding on renovations needed on some of their older properties. I was a financial analyst (2014-2015) for a DC commercial real estate firm. On the side I would like to start flipping houses to build my capital and portfolio so that I can invest in bigger real estate deals down the line.
