Hello BP community, I am an amateur real estate investor. I tried to get into real estate market previously, but never really get my feet off the ground. Now, I am learning as much as I can through this wonderful forum, and I am loving it! My goal in life is not to be a millionaire, but rather to achieve financial independence through real estate and enjoy my life to the fullest. I aim to earn enough passive monthly income to cover my basic expenses and be mentally retired.
