Rental Property Investor
I’m currently house hacking multi family home (2 family) and I have a 3 family investment property in Connecticut. 🏠. Next move is to cash out refinance my property in Connecticut and continue the BRRR strategy. I’m also currently researching on how to use a heloc to quickly pay down my mortgage. I’m still researching, nothing set in stone.
