Hello - my name is Danny West and I am an experienced Hard Money Broker/Lender helping real estate investors in 46 states. We have funded over 300 loans and here to support investors close quickly on Non-owner occupied, Single-family, Multi-family, Commercial, and Portfolio deals. I have flipped seven properties and invested in real estate syndications in Texas, Arizona, and Southern California. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, San Diego summers at the beach, chasing around my elementary-aged son, and cheering on the San Diego Padres at Petco Park. I am not here to sell.
