Dan Rivers

I’ve been in the real estate business for over 15 years. I started off in Property Management for Condo’s, Townhomes, HOA’s and apartments. I grew to Division President of a large firm in New England running an office of about 70 total employees and around 5,000 units. For the past couple of years I’ve changed to become an investor focused Realtor here in Charleston SC. I currently invest personally in buy and holds, syndications and flips. I look to continue to grow my knowledge and contacts through organizations like BP. I’m always happy to help even if it’s just to answer a few questions.
