Dan Rogul

I am here to get my feet and ankles wet in what will become the next chapter of my life. I'm happy to help and be helped. =) Experience: Property Manager (for a SFH that someone else owned) from 2008 to 2014 in Columbia, MD. Real Estate Goals: First goal is to be able to quit my day job and focus on a new real estate career. My main goal is to create a real estate empire, that starts with learning and automating niches, and involves staying in a niche until it is fully (or mostly) automated before moving on to something new. To create a network of awesome fellow investors who help each other. To help people with real estate problems.
