Daniel Raposo

I grew up around real estate and can't imagine doing anything else! I'm an agent, investor, developer, teach agents and investors, and I'm always looking to help people get into the business. When I'm not working, reading or thinking about real estate I love to travel, take my dog on hikes or to the park and generally being outside. Experience: I own and manage a construction and property maintenance company, hold my CT Real Estate license, and have owned and managed residential apartment properties since 2007. My current focus has been on buying single family rehabs for short term flips and multi-family properties with a value add opportunity for a long term holds. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to acquire and stabilize 100 apartments in my local market. From there the sky is the limit.
