I own a portfolio of cash flowing rental properties and I'm an LP and JV partner in commercial property investments. My current focus is GP on multiple syndication deals and our primary market is Greenville, SC. I have 16 years of hands on real estate investing experience, + 31 yrs. business acumen (CFO / corp finance). I'm currently seeking: Deals and Networking opportunities in the Carolinas / Southeast region. I am open to: being KP on multifamily deals (very selective) and providing hard money loans (also very selective)
