Dan Stouffer

Prior to working as a public school teacher, I worked alongside real estate investors as a land surveyor. During this time I started to study the business and I was inspired to pursue real estate investment later in life. As a teacher, I have summers off to dedicate myself to improving my education as well as my portfolio. I have studied a tremendous amount over the past year and am looking forward to utilizing the resources, tools, and connections that Bigger Pockets has to offer. I am brand new to the game, but I am eager to find my first deal and begin building a massive portfolio. I recently started my real estate investment business, Salvation Homebuyers LLC. Right now I am focusing on wholesaling to build up enough capital to begin investing. Right now my plan is to do some light flips to build my reserves, but ultimately direct my focus towards buy and holds and generating consistent cash flow. I currently live in Frederick, where I have lived with my wife for the past ten years. Prior to that, I lived in Montgomery County. Due to my familiarity with these two counties, this is where I intend to conduct my business and purchase my properties.
