Improvement, learning and happiness through the constant quest to improve myself and help others everyday. These are the things I strive for. My goal is to make life better for both myself as well as others. I am an investor focused on wholesaling and buy and hold investment properties, mainly in the greater Cleveland, OH and Southwest Florida markets. For wholesaling, my partner Vince Senauskas and I operate as Sesa Properties in Cleveland, OH. Outside of OH, I operate as Luca Buys Houses in other geographic areas, mainly Southwest Florida and MA. Driven from my experience as a marketing executive and by a passion for marketing I am striving everyday to create a marketing machine to acquire solid off market deals for investors. I am very interested in meeting and collaborating with other investors and real estate professionals who are active in the Southwest Florida and Cleveland real estate markets.
