Dan Sundberg

I'm a Sacramento-Based Real Estate agent. I got my start in real estate co-founding a brokerage that went on to sell more than $500M in residential real estate in just 4 years. I am presently working full-time as a Sacrament Realtor with eXp Realty on #teamfast. In these positions my focus is on process and systems design, training, and performance management. Having worked on the Realtor side of so many residential sales, and doing "mini-flips" for our home sellers, I've seen the power of real estate investing. In 2021 I purchased my first true investment property to rehab a main house and convert the garage to an ADU, here in California. My main focus is on buy and hold investments, where there is value add in creating additional housing from single family units. Not only does this make good business sense, but it also takes small measures to help alleviate California's housing crisis by adding more rentals to the inventory.
