Dan Tsunekawa

Hello, My name is Dan and i am interesting in learning more about building a small to medium sized rental portfolio in order to match my current salary. I have no interest in quitting my job, but i would like the freedom that comes with passive income. I bought my first rental property 6 years ago in Southern California. Last year i bought a turnkey property in Kansas City MO which has been cashflowing nicely. This year i am working on a 3 unit building in Chicago which my partner and i plan on renovating and holding for the cashflow. My long term goal is to generate enough passive income from rental properties to live free from the need of paychecks. I currently work as a software engineer.
