Daniel M. Vaughn IV

Background In 1968 I started working as a laborer in the residential construction field and worked my up to becoming an apprentice carpenter. After 2 years I became a journeyman carpenter and after 4 years I became a residential General Contractor. I always enjoyed construction and I wanted to build larger projects, so I joined the Carpenters Union as a Journeyman Carpenter working on larger class A Commercial Projects. As time went on I worked my way up to becoming a Foreman, then an Assistant Superintendent, then Superintendent. With an eye on investment opportunities, I obtained Real Estate Licenses in California, Hawaii, and Texas. As hands on investors my wife and I found good homes to fix up and move on to the next one until we retired here in the Austin Texas area. Today I am retired but I like to stay busy, so I am taking my knowledge from my Construction and Real Estate experience and applying it to consulting with Home Owners and Investors. Consulting with Home Owners to navigate through the remodeling process and Investors to locate and analyze properties.
