My wife and I currently live in Randolph Vermont where I'm a financial adviser with Edward Jones. We used the house hacking method to acquire a SFH that have rented out which is doing quite well, we are always looking to improve our investment portfolio. My "at the moment" long term goal is to acquire a 75 unit complex!
