Gratued from college in 2016, bought my first duplex in 2017. Since then became debt free in October 2020, shortly after left my W-2. Since then, began to purchase real estate with the goal to grow my rental portfolio. Started flipping by accident when deal went over budget. Currently aiming to continue to flip residential homes and manage grow rental portfolio. Seeking opportunities in the development space.
