Hey BiggerPockets, I'm exited meet new people and make new connections! I'm from Gillette originally, but moved to Colorado for about 10 years. After an ill fated condo purchase in 2005, my wife and I hung onto it until 2014 and sold for a profit, but we were ready to start a family and it was time to go home. I have a BS in Business Management and have worked retail most of my life. Mostly automotive and sales. I've got two years in as a manager at the local Menards. When that didn't work out I decided to get the best paying job I could find so that I could eventually break out in real estate, again. My plan for the future is to start marketing and wholesale my way out of debt while my wife begins building the fix and flip side of the business. Eventually moving on to buy and holds to get that magic number of passive income to "retire" and be home with my family more. I've got a long road ahead, but my boots are on, and I'm ready for work.
