Hello Everyone! I'm Darius from Tucson, AZ. My real estate investor journey started in the last quarter of 2020. I’m a military veteran, who shifted my focus on software development, real estate and index funds. My RE long term goal is to do buy-and-hold. I currently have 1 property in my portfolio that I manage which is a duplex. At this point, I'm trying to learn more about real estate, especially doing the BRRR strategy. I'm open to trades between helping you with website creation/management, social media marketing or free labor, for anyone who can show me the BRRR strategy process in real time/first hand experience.
