Darius Sepehripour

After graduating High School, I became a California Real Estate Salesperson. I worked in Sales for a year, and then got involved in the Mortgage industry. I worked for a top producing Mortgage Company by the name of United Capital in the Los Angeles area. We originated over $600M in loans before the crash of the industry in 2008. Helping people achieve home ownership was a great feeling, and it was upsetting to see many predatory lenders ruin the industry. I knew that I would continue to work in Real Estate, but I wanted to learn more about the causes of the crash in domestic and national economies. I studied Business with an Emphasis in Economics at the University of California, Berkely, and wrote my Honors thesis on the role of the subprime mortgage industry on the "Great Recession." After graduating, I partnered up with my old boss of United Capital, who continued to grow her company, and we rebranded it as Loanverse. Our goal is to provide home buyers with the largest variety of home financing options, while offering extremely competitive rates. I have experienced all market conditions, and have studied the issues that generated these conditions. We have over 30+ years of combined experience in the industry at Loanverse, and our goal is to educate consumers on how easy it is to own a home, and hold their hand throughout the entire process. Loanverse is truly a "Universe of Better Loans."
