I'm just a working class joe trying to drag my family by its blue collar into a better life. I'm here on BP trying to see if investing in real estate is going to be part of that plan. As it stands it seems to be a good fit. I am happily married to a wonderful woman who's knowledge of real estate far exceeds my own. She has worked in the mortgage/real estate industry for twenty plus years front to back, loan origination, REO analysis for MGIC, realtor for a large corporate relocation company, mortgage insurance, closer, etc... I myself currently work for the largest commercial real estate services and investment firm in the world as a maintenance/ building engineer. That's sorta fancy talk for extremely large building handyman. together we have a three year old son who is my daily motivation.
