I was in the IT field for 28 years and dabbled in "flipping" before deciding to go 100% into RE investing in 2016. I completed 7 houses in the Orlando area for family while commuting back and forth from Toronto. I was the property and project manager and used this time to learn the market. I purchased my first property in Apopka in September 2016 before making a move from Toronto to South Florida in August 2017 where I bought my 2nd property in December 2017. I sold that property to another flipper for a profit. I’m looking to connect with other flippers interested in potential partnerships and private money investors for fix and flip of SFR properties.
