I started my Real Estate journey in 2012 after reading the world famous "Rich Dad Poor Dad". Soon after I became a licensed agent in the state of Maryland and later in the state of Virginia. I did a few traditional sales with finding homes for buyers. In 2012 I gave up my license after I learned about wholesaling and struck my first deal after 8 months. I started to do some virtual wholesaling as well, closing on deals in the state of Georgia and Pennsylvania. In 2015 I completed my first full renovation flip in Waldorf, MD. I did a few more after. As I today I wholesale about 4/5 deals a month in the DMV area.
