Hi! I'm a landlord in arizona with 2 properties, 12 doors total. I'm looking to try and expand my portfolio, and believe firmly in staying connected to get ideas. I come from the construction industry, and attempt to build my rentals "tenant-proof", which is a little more money up front, but service calls are virtually nil. I've also moved into the furnished short-term rental market, which, in Scottsdale, has proven to be quite nice. I just bought my first 4-plex property in 2018, and have had overall good experiences for the most part. Glad to be out of the condo rental market!
