I have been a Licensed Alarm Company Operator (ACO-4370) for over 34 years, primarily in the residential market. I learned my trade by starting big, but as my own operator, focused on the Single Family custom home market during construction or remodel phases. By this I learned to work with almost all the trades, from day workers to electricians, plumbers, painters and drywallers, et al. Watching their collective talents bring a home to life, to me, is truly fascinating! So here I am, 2016, with 2+ years learning about Real Estate Investing, with all the pitfalls along the Guru pathway, I now embark on a mission to bring my 30+ years of business & personal skills to the bargaining table. To match up motivated sellers with cash buyers/investors and possibly rehabbing. With good health and the Grace of the Lord, I will bring the same level of professionalism to this business as I have demonstrated in my Alarm business.
