After getting a tenant in there I started building a portfolio and jumpIng at every opportunity. As of December 2018 I have 9 rentals (7 renovated, 2 being worked on), 5 fix n flips, 4 more rentals under contract. My original goal was to get 30 rentals under the age of 30. I just turned 26 (11/26) and hope to have 30 rentals in 2019! Wish my luck🙏
